Maggio della Musica
For over ten years, the festival of classic music organised by the Association Maggio della Musica has been a fundamental cultural appointment in the city of Naples. This is a series of events organised together with the Soprintendenza Speciale which oversees the Neopolitan museums whose objective is to combine music with plastic and pictorial art. The most important musicians and ensembles of international acclaim perform in the Royal Palace Ballroom or in the 19th century Villa Pignatelli in accustically perfect conditions.
